Michael Jackson the first African American on MTV and the cover of ROLLING STONE MAGAZINE.
Absolute fabrication and nobody challenges him. Well, here is the truth and it can be easily be verified.

The first two black performers on MTV were Herbie Hancock and Prince.

Here is a partial list from ROLLING STONE MAGAZINE and it's pretty impressive.
Tina Turner
Little Richard
Jimi Hendrix
Sly & the Family Stone
Miles Davis

But Al Sharpton can't be bothered with facts I suppose.
