Whether or not I stop acquiring them is not what I was saying initially.
I was saying that these tickets need not be reported to ANY trucking company regardless because they do not appear upon ones Driving Record, so in effect they never occurred.
These tickets however appear on ones Criminal Record for the County or State ones lives yet they are not seen by insurance companies so as to raise ones rates like of DUIs, Speeding, Accidents (when at fault), etc.
- - - I still however fail to comprehend how a Truck Driver can obtain a speeding ticket when LEAVING a Coop since as is well known Nationwide, MOST Drivers slow excessively when entering Coops (and some locations require this because of the design)!
I request this to be explained in clear concise language as of to a 5th grade Child. Such should not be too difficult.
