Default Truck stop lawyers

I have a friend that has a couple of tickets. One is for a seat belt law in Illinois, the other is going too fast out of a weigh station in North Carolina.

My question is how hard is it to get something like those taken off of a driving record?

seems like it would be harder to get a ticket coming out of a weigh station, but apparently I'm wrong. that being said, a lawyer could probably give you better answers than speculation here, and I think most would take your call for free, so why not give that a shot?

What is going too fast out of a weigh station??
HOW does a Driver attain such a speed that quickly when most of the times Drivers are going at least 20 mph UNDER the posted speed when entering where at some locations attaining such a fast out speed is impossible??
Which location?

Seat Belt tickets are non reportable and are thus not required to be mentioned or these tickets do not appear on ones State Driving Record therefore they need not be acknowledged to Companies.

The ONLY way to fight a seat belt ticket is to not acquire one.

CK might I suggest you close your pie-hole about seat belt tickets. Or stop getting them, IJS.

Whether or not I stop acquiring them is not what I was saying initially.
I was saying that these tickets need not be reported to ANY trucking company regardless because they do not appear upon ones Driving Record, so in effect they never occurred.
These tickets however appear on ones Criminal Record for the County or State ones lives yet they are not seen by insurance companies so as to raise ones rates like of DUIs, Speeding, Accidents (when at fault), etc.

I still however fail to comprehend how a Truck Driver can obtain a speeding ticket when LEAVING a Coop since as is well known Nationwide, MOST Drivers slow excessively when entering Coops (and some locations require this because of the design)!
I request this to be explained in clear concise language as of to a 5th grade Child. Such should not be too difficult.
