sign up with getloaded,Internet truckstop, truckers edge
get hooked up with at least 10 brokers before you start
CH Robinson,TQL, Acerra, Twin Modal,CRST Logistics, NYK,Sargent, landstar, etc
dry van could be busy until dec
then be prepared to sit on your butt until march/april

You will have a very hard time with nyour new venture unless you have a mentor who is willing to give you his brokers and tell you where to go different times of the year
good luck
