need job help

need help..last employer laid me off...on DAC he listed termination..no large carrier will hire any one with this on DAC,,not even JB HUNT...any body know of any recourse or carrier who may hire...spud233@yahoo.com

Smaller mom and pop company or a small O/O outfit. Right now some propane companies are hiring seasonal drivers if you have your Hazmat endorsment. Its good work but when it warms up in spring they will lay you off more then likely.

Yeah that DAC is a thorn in the side of many a good driver. I am surprised that someone hasn't gone postal on them so far.

Especially since its not checked out and the employer can state anything they want and not even have to verify or prove it.

Bearing false witness is a crime. But then most large carriers are a bunch of criminals running barely legal rackets. No wonder the turnover rates are so high when you lie like they do.
