Default Boostmobile Phone

I was wondering if any one has tried the boost mobile phone? Iwas talking to a guy and for 50 dollars you can get a plan were everthing is unlimited. He told me I can still use my same phone and keep same number also same direct connect number. The service is suppose to be as good as nextel. Anybody tried it? Sounds to good to be ture!

Thanks

The coverage won't be as good as Verizon, Sprint or ATT but Boost should work well in metro areas and most major highways. If you live or work out in the countryside its a toss up as to the coverage.

It's actually a good phone, it will work just like your Nextel phone would or Sprint phone or as I like to call them Sprintel but anyways, you will of course get the famous no service or dropped calls just like you would with Sprintel (last I remember circa 03) but again it works very good especially the newer phones that have 3G capability.

The deal isn't bad either, 50 bucks a month, no contract and you get unlimited txt/mins/internet/direct connect.

Any other questions feel free to ask, I've used the service in the past with the pre-paid cards.

$600.00 a year.
Better than the plan I was in last year.
If it offers MORE than your current provider then go for it!!

I however prefer a Batmobile phone since the BOOST was incorporated into the MOBILE as well as the PHONE.

I would go for it. I am doing the exact same thing as soon as I get a job. You can't beat that $50.00 X 12 MTS = $600.00 VS $100.00 X 12 MTS $1,200.00 (That's my old plan with ATT iPhone).

The other benifit which I think I said was you pay for 1 month and if you can't afford the next month because you don't have the money there is no contract, and they have $15-$50 dollar prepaid cards which you can use in an emergency if you aren't able to pay for a month.

Happy Chattin' on your BOOST phone hehe..
