Unhappy License problems
I have a serious problem, my license was suspended last year because I failed to pay for a citation I received for knocking over a construction cone. I recently paid for the reinstatement fee, that I did not know about because I moved. So my license has been reinstated. I just can't find a company that would take a chance on me. If there is anyone out there that knows of any company that would take me with a suspension on my record or I'll even go back to school if needed please let me know, I'm having marriage problems over this, I am truly desperate. Thanks in advance.

I wish I could help you but with a CDL you need to pay close attention to everything that may affect it. You knew you had a citation, so you needed to pay it or fight it. Sorry but that's how it is for all of us drivers here.

Get a lawyer and bring that back into court...get that suspention removed from your record...should cost under $500...

Won't be able to expunge this for three years, at least in most states. A drivers license suspenion is not the same as a citation for knocking over a safety cone. That doesn't he might find someone who will hire him in the time being.

A pre-paid legal program should be mandatory for all truck drivers. They send lawyers to fight this stuff so you dont have to be there. I dont leave home without it now...
