Have an tenative Job Interview with River Valley Foods (Cavallaro Foods) Syracuse location. Clerical Postion - Just wondering how they are to work for ? How they treat their employees ? Work environment/atmosphere ? DO NOT want to work for another Co that treats their people like crap, just a another number - I work TOO DAMN hard to go down that road again. Please if anyone know - let me know.

ONES ATTITUDE HAS A LOT TO DO WITH HOW ONE IS TREATED.
Of course this does not always apply.
If/when one seems to require being treated a particular way or demands respect and doesn't receive such treatment, one may then possibly become negative and as such other rewards are then presented to be enjoyed.
Starting out with a opposing attitude of "not wanting to be treated like crap again" may very well incite such treatment indirectly as part of the vibes received by others.

Good Luck yet one is in charge as to how one is treated, yet as stated above this does not always apply.
