I'm waiting for all the posters who normally come along and remind us that if we don't do anything wrong then we won't have anything to worry about.

So basically after decades of trying to hold the trucking industry to safety standards that would insure the publics safety,and failing miserably.They do what,pit the drivers against the very companies that pay their salaries in hopes that the drivers will help police the industry they can't.Please tell me i'm wrong here,tell me they really don't think that if they threatened the drivers ability to earn a living,the drivers are going to start refusing to do what the man that gives them a check every week tells them to do,me thinks not.Im jumpin on the bus with Kelpie,its about time to get the hell out of this biz.I think Ill go back deep in them there hills of WVa with my guitars,fishin poles,and put in some crops,Im thinkin corn,soy beans and pot,lots and lots of pot.

However in reading some of the writings of this insanity WE learn that even doing nothing wrong has consequences as well because of the new initiative of "An Accident is an Accident" and one can easily be in an Accident, as WE ALL WELL KNOW, from simply driving our vehicles SAFELY and being nailed by some Drunk Driver or out of control vehicle or being hit by some harried (rushed, not hairy) Truck Driver while WE are Legally Parked somewhere.
Through NO FAULT of our own WE are then subjected to a lower Safety Stat or put on a list of suspected/potential problem Drivers which will as well HARM the Company Safety Rating/Stat where one is working/driving.
