One day you guys will get it, i know its way to easy to use and you don't get to say "four by twice". The rest of the world is waiting for you, your only 30 years behind!

I was lucky enough to maintain a steady weight whilst trucking in Europe. I never ever drank soda, only bottled water. Cooked a lot of my own food on a gas ring, but sometimes ate at truck stops in mainland Europe where there are some healthy options. I have to hand it to french and Italian truckers for looking sharp in a difficult environment and taking absolutely no crap from their companies or government.

Don't know how your kilos make you look, mine definitely give me a stout appearance. Unfortunately if i use pounds it just looks worse on paper, and on the scales.

One great advantage of metric is you will all be doing 100kmh + whilst driving, an incredibly safe way to do the ton!
