The following youtube video was put together by an OTR trucker. He is trying to show just how the screwed up the truckstop parking can be at a Pilot Travel Center.

Most Pilot Truck Plazas were made for get your fuel and leave.Most are nightmares when it comes to parking.Too Small..I think the worst Pilot parking lot is Exit 11 ,Ohio Turnpike North on Brecksville Rd about 1/2 mile on the right across the street from the yellow freight terminal.99% of the parking is blind side backing...Personally I like the Petros,First choice and then the Flying J's,Second Choice for parking and sleeping.Although there are good and bad truck stops of all names.

Ah the wonders of trucking does anyone no how many parking places you have when and independent trucker pulls out of a parking space at a truck stop. Well in case you don't the answer is two lol

I used to switch there at Manooka,Ill twice a week for a year. I'm very familiar with this truck stop and it is a nightmare. It is the first major truck stop west of Chicago on I 80. I finally just gave up on going there. There is a rest area just before it. I stop there for a potty break and pick up something in the vending machines. A set of doubles in that truck stop could get you trapped in there for a while. If you really need to get some food. If you pass the truck stop there is a mini mall with several restaurants down the road about 3 miles. You can park about 6-8 trucks in it. I would go down there to get some Subway.
