I've been with them for 10 months now, running out of Phoenix. Only way to m ake money is to stay out and run the weekends. They promise home time, but if you take it you don't get any miles. I've worked for a lot worse companies but they is just something weong with this company. They have one way of doing things, their way. No real money to be made with Heartland.
