What a joke spotlight on Atlanta. Yea the spotlight on Atlanta is the amount of layoffs they have had in the past 2yrs. They are still laying off city and road every week. Road board down to 25 from 100, City down to around 130 from 200, and office cut in half. I do not get 191 people out of that. TM just left to go to CH to be TM.
