i have a verry close friend who is leased on over there and she is doing very well. she paid her truck off last year and has been there 3 years now. she has friends there and they have been there many years. also, most of them had to apply more than once to get on with l/star. don't go and get a truck and assume they will bring you on just because you have a lot of experience. go thru their hiring process, then get the truck. good luck to you either way. happy trails! |
Thanks for the advice. Took it to heart. I applied, went through the questioning phase, the DOT physical to update mine so it was not over one year old, and according to recruiting, they are waiting on my current company to confirm that I have never failed or refused drug and alcohol testing. I should hear from them by the end of the week. I am just now filling out credit apps. for trucks.
Thanks again for the advice.
