Jeff, i have a few questions about leases for lease operators: Does the title go in the lessee's name: Does the lessee have an legal obligation to pay: Does the lessee have the responsibility to pay maintenance and operating expenses: Do they pay the taxes on the rig: If they break it - destroy it or diminish the value through obsolescence or exhaustion do they pay.

I won't see my driver clients till almost tax time and I really need to have these answers about the lease. After you answer my questions I will fully explain why I'm asking.
