Well, after laying around by the pool all weekend, eating grilled items and watching my bulging beer-belly get sunburned, I decided it was about time to get back in shape. Hey, I know, I'll go for a nice leisurely bike ride. An hour of huffing and puffing and turning my legs to jello later, I sat down for a smoke and decided I better ease back into this. Map out routes that are flat for starters, And maybe pass by a pub now and then! Baby steps people, baby steps!!!!

Hope all have a good safe holiday! I for one will be ingesting mass quantities of "the nectar of the Gods" and not going anywhere. So you dont have to worry about me on the roads. I had my fill of all the smarties last night, so I will sit within stumble distance of the pool, grill and cooler and relax this weekend. Be safe, and have fun!!!!!![Image]

Man, do I get aggravated with Union bashing management comin on Truckingboards and stirring up their crap. What a bad way to end my day, with blood pressure up before bed. I'm going to try to sleep it off and start fresh tomorrow![Image]
