Yes they were union at one time, it think until the late 80's. I don't know all of the details, but a lot of guys stayed when what ever happened took place. I have been here almost 7 years and I can say they treat us pretty good and the benefits are all paid for by the company. I just hope that as they grow they don't lose the family atmosphere and get to "corporate"!
