CFI/Con-Ways training for $1000
I've been talking to recruiters from a lot of companies and I'm thinking about going with Con-Way. They say the training is $1000 with another $500-$700 for additional fees, food and lodging for 3 weeks, and no contracts to sign and .44 cents per mile for teams to start.
Any of you been through their training school?
After orientation there's a 7500 mile ride-along training period. How long does it usually take to log those miles?
Can my girlfriend request a female trainer?
Do they let you request a non-smoking trainer?
After you get your own rig, what kind of miles are you generally getting as a team your first year?
Any of you got a good reason why I should go with a different company?
Thanks for the help guys, this forum has been a great way to get good info!
