Watkins And Shepard, Whats The Deal?

I just landed in Jersey and it's damn good to be back home. I'm looking for anything you guys may know about Watkins and Shepard and/or Bradway Trucking. I need a company thats based in Jersey, pays 100% for cdl training and won't jerk me around for the first year.( I wan't to drive, not clean damn trucks or do hump work around the yard.lol)Appreciate any feedback.
