Trucker survey slams quality of Louisiana roads (KTBS Shreveport)
The Highway Report Card, compiled by the trucking industry, has given Louisiana the worst roads crown. One of the best interstate highways in the country is Interstate 20 in Texas. And Interstate 40 in Arkansas was lauded for being the most improved interstate in the nation.
