UPPER FREEHOLD — An attorney has alleged that Deputy Mayor William Miscoski has a conflict of interest when it comes to making decisions about truck traffic on Sharon Station Road.

I have to agree with the deputy mayor. Trucks have been using those roads back when there were just cornfields & sod farms there. Long before the land was developed & these residents bought their rural "McMansions"

They knew that these roads were truck routes & bought there anyway
