Sharing truck chassis, which was jump-started in Hampton Roads two years ago, is now moving to other ports. Two major East Coast ports - Charleston, S.C., and Savannah, Ga. - are taking steps to share trucking equipment between them, a move that could greatly further a trend spearheaded by the Port of Hampton Roads two years ago.
