Truckers rank Florida roads among the best in the nation. A trucking industry magazine says Florida ranked second on the list behind Texas. Overdrive Magazine says the worst roads are in Louisiana. Other states with poor roads include Pennsylvania, Missouri, Arkansas and Michigan.
