 Yearly raises
Raises in non union companys are not preset.What you're going to get each year is a heavily guarded secret until the last minute.Usually all the speculation starts around May but it's a rainy day and there's not much more to talk about so how much do you think it will be ? The raises may have been carved in stone after the first quarter this year or they could wait to the 2nd quarter,seems like they get a little later each year.How much ? |
