It's amazing to me how the union guys think because the union leaders are screwing them the rest of the country(the world outside)is worthless.believe it or not the world outside teamsters is good if you want it to be.i see those non union broker drivers.i see the lower end and the upper end.i see clean and unclean.i see content and the discontent.yet the union paints this picture that the non union trucking side is filled with low life scum.how nice it is to leave out how casual men work without health benefits.casaual men have no voice.10% men play ball or get the screw job.10% men getting laid off while high senior men work like mad dogs.add the casual and 10% years up and to me that equals a sweat shop.the reason we stay non union is because you can fool some of the people all the time but you cant fool all the people all the time.
