Heard the company offered to pay into the pension for all existing employees but new hires only get 401.

No mention of medical because we have all had the company medical stuffed down our throats

The pension part can't be true. Trust rules about reducing contribution amounts for a classification.

They can't come up with a new classification for every new hire so it couldn't happen.
