I can answer the first part for ya:

YES!. You will always have freight on your truck in the foodservice sect. I know our case count is up from this time last year.

Load it like freight train and schedule it like and airplane... Thats the foodservice motto... You can leave early and still be late... Mind over matter (if you don't mind it don't matter)

Pay is usually broken down per stop/ per case/ per mile....

You should be about to make at least $ 200 per day or more

No one said it will be easy ...

sysco is the biggest, not us foods. we are 2x bigger than us foods and 3x bigger than pfg. 200 per day is low. you should be able to get close to 300 easily.
