A Pennsylvania teenager who was abducted, held hostage and sexually assaulted by a man she met online is asking for more funding in Virginia to crack down on child sexual predators.In 2002, 13-year-old Alicia Kozakiewicz (koh-zuh-KEH'-vich) left her home to meet Scott Tyree, a 38-year-old she had met online. He drove her to his home in Herndon, where he chained her to the floor in his basement for four days while he beat and raped her.
