Was he the terminal manager, or the regional manager ?

I worked for him in chicago as a supervisor for a few months. He was the district(regional)mgr. But he has gone through a **** load of dock supervisors and Tm's so he was always doing TM duties. He never would give you a straight answer on anything always told you everything was ok. He was a retired cincy cop I believe that somehow got to be a Regional Manager, not really a freight industry guy. I wonder if that Moron District Manager from Lakeland, FL and his little lacky from Atlanta fired him.
Jeff seemed to be a good guy just not a freight guy.

BTW...I've worked for a few different trucking companies and have never come across a weirder ran terminal than the R @ L chicago terminal.
