But we still have to have phase 2 of the change the west coast is phase 3. The midwest will be next.

Thanks for the post JP. From what we have learned on the east coast......see if the company is willing to consult with the guys that work the dock, switch and drive at the velocity terminals on how the new dock and yard layout will be. It will make everyone's life easier!! DS.
