Hey Skinnytrucker,you guys have a problem. The utility driver is a bid position with set start times give or take a half hour.If your TM is sending p&d guys out on the street and then calling them back in to run to Cincinnati in the same day and paying the difference of 1.00 for just the utility time, someone needs to be looking into this.

completely, they can add extras, to go after "business opportunities" but they need to pay the extra dollar for all hours on that shift.

Yeah, I understand that, but they still need to be identified as utility drivers and not part time p&d and utility!They are one or the other,not combo!
