 How a layoff works here
Since I have been on truckingboards I have learned there is so many different ways that a employee is put into lay off. In the Carolina Supplement a employee is laid off EFFECTIVE ON A SUNDAY AT 0001. This mid week layoff or a few days laid off in the week is not the way it is here. Recall is also on a Sunday at 0001. There is no such things as mid week lay off or mid week recall.......
