Were about to do our annual bid here.We have signial line seniority but bid on classifications ie;p&d/dock or road.And i know once you bid into a classification it's yours for a year under our work rules.Now heres the question.If one bids onto the road and later finds out he don't want it and some how thru a hard ship claim he gets off it,do they loose their seniority for the remainder of that annual bid for example if he went back into the city?I think he does.I can't find any languge in the NMFA on this.
