You make a excellent point here.This is a bad deal all the way around. It makes me sick. They are trying so hard to be just like Con-Way. As soon as you give up a small thing they will keep on taking from you until there is no more to take. Ask all the con-Way drivers where their pension is now. They were lied to time after time and yet every week the powers that be take more and more from them. This is a joke and i am not laughing. I hope all the members show up to the hall and voice their opinions. If this goes through the Teamsters union is finished as we once knew it.

They have guys on the dock that have their CDL that management will not allow to drive and keep messing with. Need to get better on the pre-trip......
