Default Why does it have to be 5 yrs?
If the company is hurting so bad(I don't believe it) and they need all these new rules wouldn't it be better to sign a 2 year contract and see how things go? I still wouldn't like it, but it would be a bit of an easier pill to swallow if I knew we could go back in a couple years and fix any problems.
