Here is another part of the contract that stink's.
It's a four hour guarantee,read between the line's,if they work 6 hour's back to back,and they will probably get 8.
What i am saying is they can work more than 4.Read it.
This will starve out about 15 or 20 at my terminal.75 on list and only about 40 driving position's.
I get 2 to 4 day's in the winter and i will lose overtime in the summer.
People will be lined up for 14.00 work when they only make 10 or less.
This was one of the reason's we went on strike in 94 wasn't it?
