This is a book that is given to us when we take the oath and become brothers.However it seems to me that not to many of our "Brothers" are reading this book.I have been hearing stories of my so called brothers in Buffalo ,I might add ,that it was a yard man,going to the supervisor on duty and reporting the guy for things like peeing in the yard when I have watched them guys do the same thing.And to make matters worse,I heard a couple drivers from foreign terminals that just left Buffalo talking on ch33 about how a buf driver made a comment about him being in his terminal ,Like it was the brothers fault that Yellow sent him to Buf.This is bullshit and the Union needs to deal with it.If I have a problem with a brother I take it up with the brother ,not the supervisor,and it goes no farther.But it seems that the brothers we have today are more concerned with making "brownie points" with the boss than they are "not bringing harm to their brother teamster".I think that after a driver has been oriented by the the company that the union should have him/her come to the hall and be oriented into the union and mabe we can all be on the same page.I might add that I have been in Cve and treated like less than a teamster and I did not appericiate it one bit.We are all teamsters and brothers and we we need to conduct ourselves as such.
