Union rejects contract at 2 Dominion subsidiaries

Union employees at two Dominion Resources subsidiaries have overwhelmingly rejected a $49 million, six-year contract.Utility Workers Union of America Local 69-II President Charlie Rittenhouse says Friday's tally shows 836 members voted against the contract, while 31 voted in favor of it. The union objected to higher health insurance costs.
