A deal to sell the General Motors parts stamping plant near Pittsburgh has fallen through.The head of the local United Auto Workers says the West Mifflin plant's employees found out Thursday the deal with private investment group Allegheny Holdings had collapsed, jeopardizing about 200 manufacturing job.
