Tyson's Opening coo Statement

I'm told that in Tyson's opening statement in the coo hearings he said that the traditional hub and spoke system that we are used to is no longer profitable for the freight Co's and that this was the reason the new language for the utility driver had to be negotiated. My question is if that ifs true why is ABF which happen to be the only co. that still runs a true and simple hub and spoke wheel system the only union freight co that is making money and as of today has stock Worth double YRC's.

All I can say is we were told the same thing leading up to CFs big (network 2000) change of operations.What A joke!
