The FBI says it has executed search warrants at two western Maryland businesses owned by the president of a powerful union local in the Chicago area.The businesses are a buffalo farm and a gun shop owned by William Dugan, the longtime president of the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 150, based in Countryside, Ill.
