mexico has no plans to build the highway south of laredo.....
the kansas city southern railroad owns a mexican railroad called 'tfm' and it is in place and ready to roll when the seaport at lazaro cardenas is ready for operations....

why would a company pay a mexican driver 10 cents a mile to move an ocean container to kansas city when they could get a train to do it for 2 cents a mile????????
sad but true as well but, a mexican truck driver would sign a card and join a union 100 times faster than most southern americans......
