That's proven to be a successful formula. I once commented to the owner of T-Net, that he could learn a few things from this site. Not that he was against any suggestion I had, nothing ever changed until the "lawsuit". Cullen, et al. vs. Teamster.net
The site is primarily moderated by a person who is not employed within the Teamster crafts. The moderator attends college, and obviously does not have the time to do the job properly. T-Net will not relinquish any moderators duties to any other moderator. Simply put, there are 6 Mod's. I would only classify 1 moderator as "active". Meaning, the moderator makes a daily appearance. However they limit the "forums" of this moderator. Clearly it's a mis-appropriation of resources and mismanagement at it's finest example.
