r and l (union) would it ever go?

i know a lot of r and l employees that would love to vote a union in. however the company has most of them brainwashed into thinking if the vote a union in they will close their doors. i know a driver that is not affraid to stand up and make the call to the union infact it allready took place we all should encourage the workers over there to stand up as well and sign the card when the chance comes. as far as i know that should be pretty soon
