They keep taking from us and we cant give anymore. Alot of talk about unions. Any opinons. been approached by teamsters.

Its actually against the law for the Teamsters to approach you.You have to contact them first. This is gonna be a long hard road to hoe because there are too many kool aid drinkers who believe the company will never do anything wrong. Once the information highway starts you are gonna have your hands full wading thru all the bull.

CON-way does not need a union, but it does need unity among it`s work force. Just think what would happen if there was unity.
