U don't know me but U will miss me

Guess my chances for employment at fed ex freight are dead. Submitted an app bout a wk ago and called up today to check on it .Was able to talk to I think the assistant tm.He told me that unless I was interested in appling for part time dock work 13.20 per hr.,4 am to 9am Tue thru Fri, (he may have said Sat), I really didn't have a chance at this time. If I went p.t. dock I would be able to go after a possible city route if it opened.He said they have about the right number of drivers that they'll probably need for the long haul.But if I was a new driver or one that needed training (I got 20 yrs) I could get in that way somehow. Seems like they want the newbies to come on board more than they would want the experienced drivers. Oh well I'm gonna keep my applicatrion current just in case.Just a thought here,but could it be that they are focusing more on the newbie so that they could possibly instill upon them that the "corrupt,dangerous, outlaw",ways of possible unionizing would be bad for thier future with F.E. You know what they say, get 'em while they're young! Just my thoughts
