Is this true? (Con-Way Freight)

Hubs just heard that for this year's raise, it's rumored everyone will get 80 cents/hour extra, but the company will go to a 50-hour straight time week. No overtime! Is this true? If so, won't some have to be laid off and force others on flex or LH?

If this is true, would this be a good time for a union drive at Conway?
