Default Con-Way policy on speeding tickets
A good friend of mine here at Con-Way received two speeding tickets in Ohio within a couple of weeks. He let the company know as per their instruction. He hired a lawyer to see what he could do for damage control. The attorney got one of the tickets reduced to a non-moving violation. Our SCM as well as our safety man told him in Con-Way's eyes, it didn't matter, he was cited for speeding so one more in the next two years and he's gone. He's an eighteen year veteran by the way AND he's the second one this has happened to this year! ANYONE KNOW IF THIS CRAP IS EVEN LEGAL?
