This is to all the conway drivers, which I am one! I bet my wannaB A$$ all these union companies do not have this. The only way their company can "get rid" of someone is layoff or fire them before the grace period ends, then they must join and pay dues. I highly doubt when a union member is laid off, they start as a new employee. Teamsters if I am wrong on this please let me know. New people at Conway this is why a union will help you, not hurt you, as some people on here are saying. |
