OK - This poll is to start getting thoughts and opinions. Hopefully thoughtful, truthful and pertinent information. This is not intended to be a bash post, it is to see what you really think about what the situation here is and if you think union is the way.

Personally, Union is not always THE answer, but when you have no options, what's left!
This is not being posted in the UNION/NON-UNION forum as it is for Estes related opinions and for a feel of our fellow workers on the subject. Hope it's ok with this board.
