Locked Out, Queens Truck Drivers Are Angry

It was still pitch-dark outside the Star Corrugated Box manufacturing plant in Queens yesterday morning when Dominick Jacino, a 59-year-old trucker, showed up for work. A supervisor had told him and the plant's other 20 drivers to arrive at 4 a.m. for a drug test, Mr. Jacino said.
